DRIVING ON A ROUNDABOUT

Turn signal:

Generally, if you have to signal turn, you should switch on the turn signal before you start slowing down.

·       if you go to an exit from a roundabout that is substantially straight ahead – no turn signal;

ARR state you should signal only when your target exit is less than halfway (r.112 (1-b) or more than halfway (r.113 (1)) around the roundabout, where “halfway” means a road substantially straight ahead from the road on which you enter the roundabout.

Unlike in UK or Ireland, going straight ahead or turning right you needn’t signal left on exiting, unless the roundabout is multi-lane.

All three cars that you see on the roundabout are going straight ahead, and should not give any turn signal.
